Refund policy

Returns
We want you to love your VeeVee order. You may return unworn, unused items in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact, within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Final Sale and Gift Cards
Items marked Final Sale and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged. Items bought with a discount code or during a promotion can be returned; we refund the amount you paid.

How to Start a Return
Email hello@shopveevee.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We send you a return authorization and shipping instructions within 1–2 business days. Items sent back without a return authorization cannot be accepted.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we refund the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Email hello@shopveevee.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number, and we will make it right.
