Shipping

Processing Time

Each order is hand-checked and packed at our studio within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking the moment your bag is on its way.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Standard Shipping — 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping — 2–3 business days
  • Complimentary standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $100

International Shipping

We ship worldwide, because our bags are made to see the world. International orders typically arrive in 7–14 business days, depending on destination. Please note that duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included at checkout.

A quick note: Once your order leaves our hands, delivery times are in the hands of the carrier. We'll always do our best to help track down a missing package — just reach out.

Returns & Exchanges

Our Policy

We want you to love your VEEVEE products. If something isn't quite right, you may return unworn, unused items in their original condition - with all tags and packaging intact - within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at [hello@shopveevee.com] with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll send you a return authorization and shipping instructions within 1–2 business days.
  3. Pack your item securely and ship it back using the provided guidelines.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. You'll receive an email the moment it's on its way to you.

Exchanges

Want to swap your Marrakech Orange for an Amalfi White? No problem! Note your preferred exchange in your return email and we'll hold the new piece for you while your return is in transit.

Final Sale

Items marked Final Sale and gift cards, purchased on promotion are not eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged or incorrect order? We're so sorry — please email [hello@veevee.com] within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number, and we'll make it right immediately.
